Welcome to Align With Bella. By booking a service, attending an event, enrolling in a training, or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Align With Bella offers sound bath experiences, yoga and meditation sessions, ceremonial cacao circles, private and corporate wellness events, practitioner certification trainings, mentorship programs, and digital content. Services are provided by Isabella (“Bella”) as an independent wellness educator and practitioner.
2. Bookings & Payments
Payment in full is required to confirm all bookings, unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
When a deposit arrangement is made, the remaining balance is due in full prior to the event or session.
For practitioner trainings, a deposit or payment in full is required to secure your spot.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your payment may be applied toward a future event or booking at Bella’s discretion.
Practitioner Trainings
All training payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your enrollment, you may transfer to a future training group provided written notice is received at least 30 days before the training start date. Transfers requested fewer than 30 days before the start date are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling by Align With Bella
In the rare event that Bella must cancel or reschedule a session or training, registered participants will be offered a full credit toward a future date.
4. Health & Safety
Participation in any Align With Bella service is voluntary. You are responsible for assessing your own physical and emotional readiness to participate. By booking or attending, you confirm that you have reviewed the Health Disclaimer on this website and agree to its terms. Please notify Bella in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or concerns that may be relevant to your experience.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to engage with respect, openness, and care for the group container. Align With Bella reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or training program—without refund—for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.
6. Photography & Media
Align With Bella may photograph or record events and trainings for educational and marketing purposes. By attending, you grant Bella a non-exclusive license to use your likeness in photos or videos taken during events, unless you opt out in writing prior to the session.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, frameworks (including the Aligned Sound Method), written content, audio files, and digital resources provided by Align With Bella are the exclusive intellectual property of Isabella. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or teach proprietary material without express written permission.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. Align With Bella makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site. Use of this website is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align With Bella and Isabella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in any service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County or Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
Align With Bella reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
