Flow with intentional movement and breath.
An beautiful meditative journey with sound.
Connect and align to your truest self.
The time I have spent on my mat has been an integral part in my journey of becoming more deeply connected with myself. Through yoga, I have found a more positive and supportive dialogue with my inner being.
Thinking of all the teachers that have flowed with me in my yoga journey, those who have personalized the experience, taking the time to get to know me off the mat have produced the deepest impact. Breaking down each pose, giving multiple entry points and opportunities for expansion, they encouraged my continued development and helped me believe I am exactly where I need to be on and off the mat.
Letting go of obligation and perceptions of what yoga “should be”, and aligning to your highest self is the beautiful side of yoga beyond the pose. I look forward to connecting and flowing with you, becoming a part of your own very unique yoga journey.
I completed my 200 hour training in the Aligned Flow Method at Yoga Dicha studio in Tulum, Mexico. I also completed the Exhale to Inhale Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training program. I teach from an alignment-based and heart-centered practice, adapting our time on the mat together to your specific needs and desires.
A sound bath is an immersive, meditative and beautiful journey with sound. The orchestration of instruments including a gong, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and chimes, will ease your body into a deep meditative state, activating the central nervous system to naturally heal the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy the vibrational energy while laying down and allow yourself to follow the sound as it washes over you. Each sound bath experience is different, sometimes being more or less visual, physical, emotional or creative, but each one helps bring yourself closer to your truest, highest self.
I completed my sound bath facilitator training at The Soundbath Center in Los Angeles and partner with individuals all around the city to bring a meditative, relaxing and healing journey with sound to them.

An ongoing meditation practice can help to calm the mind to respond rather than react, live with more intention and purpose, and have a deeper, more supportive connection with yourself and the world around you. Through specific breathing exercises and intentional focus on quieting the mind, you’ll begin to feel the beauty and ease of going inward, with it becoming more intentional each time.
