Grown near Rio Dulce in Guatemala within a regenerative agroforestry system. Harvested by women from nearby communities, this cacao takes on the fruitiness of surrounding plants - rosul and mahogany. 

Profile: Bright, fruity, lightly acidic.

Mama Amor – Deep | Grounding | Chocolate-Rich
From the Suchitepéquez Mountains of Guatemala, an ancient region once home to the largest cacao forests in Central America. Produced by a women’s collective reviving traditional cultivation while supporting their community.

What is a Cacao Circle and Ceremonial Cacao?

A cacao circle is a sacred gathering where participants share ceremonial-grade cacao mindfully and intentionally. Rooted in ancient traditions, this heart-opening practice fosters connection, self-reflection, and inner peace. Cacao is a warm, chocolatey beverage that I prepare ahead of time and bring to share in a circle. The cacao's natural properties support emotional balance, enhance focus, and promote feelings of love and gratitude, making it a powerful tool for personal growth and community bonding. Cacao pairs lovely with sound, setting intention and mindfulness with the cacao, then easing into the sound bath. A couple of considerations to note: cacao and alcohol should not be mixed and any participants currently on antidepressants or pregnant should not consume cacao. 

Mat Rentals

While typically not required for sound baths, mats are available for rental, $5 each to cover transportation and cleaning/disinfecting between parties.
