You now have the option to bundle Level I + Level II for a clearer, more intentional path into your sound practitioner journey.
Level II is the 3-month virtual Embodied Sound Mentorship, where you deepen your skills, receive ongoing guidance, and integrate everything you learned in Level I into real practice within a supportive community. We’ll meet virtually to dive deeper into the application of theory, mindset and practice, with homework assignments in between sessions. An optional day learning retreat in Los Angeles is included!

Aligned Sound Bath Practitioner Certification/Training - Level 1
Our two days together will have many opportunities to learn and practice how to facilitate meditative spaces with sound. The Aligned Sound Bath is focused on creating safe spaces through sound and meditation, allowing your students and clients to align and realign to their being. This is about tuning into the space within using sound as a guide. Sound is a powerful meditation tool for others to cultivate a deep connection to the self.

The impact of meditation on the body
Meditation techniques - how to share these practices with others
Basic music theory - how to use sounds and musicality to ease the body into a meditative state
Overview of instruments used in sound healing - bowls, gongs, chimes
How to play quartz crystal singing bowls
Basic gong-playing techniques
Creating a safe place for exploration
The arc of a sound bath - bringing participants in and out of the experience
How to pair bowls together for harmonic, beautiful sound baths - how and where to buy bowls
How to create a safe space for others to receive sound - private and group settings
Training Schedule Overview - Sample
Day 1: 7pm-9pm Opening circle and sound bath experience with Bella
Day 2: 9am-7pm (one-hour lunch break)
Day 3 9am-7pm (one-hour lunch break)
Day 4: 9am-5:30pm (30-minute lunch break), 6:30pm-9pm Graduation Class & Celebration
This training is filled with content and opportunities to practice. By the end of this training, you will be able to facilitate meditative experiences using sound for yourself and others. Feel confident creating safe, inclusive spaces for others to explore and connect in meditation.
Graduation Class: we'll wrap our weekend immersion by hosting a celebratory graduation class experience led by the group. You will have an opportunity to play various instruments for invited family and friends, culminating with passing out your Level 1 Sound Bath Facilitator certificates of completion!
The Space
Our time together will be spent at Soul Dive Yoga in the heart of Palm Desert, on El Paseo. Groups will be kept small for ample time to practice and learn in a small, safe setting.
