Bella is a yoga and meditation teacher and sound bath practitioner focused on creating experiences for self exploration and discovery. She leans on her 15 years of experience in K12 education to hold a safe space for all individuals on the yoga mat. Movement and music helps to discover a deeper connection within - we can’t wait to flow with you!
Paul has over 15 years experience working in the entertainment industry as a talent manager. Having witnessed just how impactful music has been on finding his purpose, he wanted to find a way to share his passion with his wife. Together, through this experience, we offer the physical and mental benefits of bringing sound and movement as one.
