ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PROPERTY POLICIES:

• All information about travel logistics will be provided to you via our welcome email after purchase.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

• Imiloa is a dry (alcohol and drug-free) and plant-based campus. We believe in keeping this retreat substance-free to do the deep inner work and connection we know is possible for each of you.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT CLAUSE:

• Due to our contractual obligations and relationships with the vendors at the retreat center, cancellations are not allowed and there will be no refunds. However, the participant may transfer their reservation to another person at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund.

• If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time. Defaulting on payments will result in the cancellation of your order without a refund. No exceptions.
