A sound bath is an immersive, meditative and beautiful journey with sound. The orchestration of instruments including a gong, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and chimes, will ease your body into a deep meditative state, activating the central nervous system to naturally heal the mind, body and soul.

Enjoy the vibrational energy while laying down and allow yourself to follow the sound as it washes over you. Each sound bath experience is different, sometimes being more or less visual, physical, emotional or creative, but each one helps bring yourself closer to your truest, highest self.

I completed my sound bath facilitator training at The Soundbath Center in Los Angeles and partner with individuals all around the city to bring a meditative, relaxing and healing journey with sound to them.

‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾ Tips for taking in all the benefits of a sound bath ☽༓・*˚⁺‧͙

  • arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time to find a spot, get cozy and take some deep breaths to ground

  • dress in comfortable clothing - layers are a great idea to make sure you’re not too cold/hot

  • bring a blanket and eye pillow to make sure you can close out any light and be warm enough to lay down for about 60 minutes

  • focus on your breath - it will guide you deep into the bath

  • relax and drink lots of water after, allow yourself to process the experience
