Ready to harness the amazing creative, passionate, flirty, and loving energy February brings us?The popular workshop is back this month with Jay and Isabella to activate LOVE into your life. Self-love, love for others, being worthy of love, and opening up that circular giving and receiving energy.
If you’ve been struggling with feeling love, giving love, receiving love, this is the workshop to help you burst open that heart space. The Breathwork Sound Bath combo will get to the core of bringing in that love energy, release blockages, and vibrationally align to call in those miracles. We’ll follow with a sound bath curated to remove any stagnant energy and help you float off into deep relaxation. We'll use custom essential oils balms and light aromatherapy to elevate the entire experience.
The sound journey includes crystal alchemy bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments used to put the mind into deep meditation, rejuvenation, and relaxation. This immersive breathing and sound practice helps to uncover blockages in the physical, emotional, and spiritual body, and to release all that no longer serves you.
